摘要
以A企业冰箱生产线为研究对象,通过秒表测时发现了生产线瓶颈工位。设计了生产看板改善物料配送方式;绘制作业流程图对作业内容进行再分配,最终使生产线平衡率由52.4%提高到82.6%,日产量由17台提高到27台,证明了基础IE方法在冰箱生产线改善过程中能够取得良好效果。
Taking the production line of refrigerator enterprise a as the research object,the bottleneck position of the production line is found through stopwatch measurement,the material distribution mode is improved by designing production Kanban,the operation content is redistributed by drawing a flowchart.Finally,the balance rate of the production line has increased from 52.4%to 82.6%,and the daily output has increased from 17 to 27,which prove that the basic IE method can achieve good results in the improvement of refrigerator production line.
