摘要
五运六气理论是研究天时气候物候的变化规律,以及人体疾病随之变化的关联规律、防治规律的中医经典理论。通过查阅国内近5年来关于该理论临床应用的文献,发现该理论已受到一些中医及个别西医医家的关注,在内、外、妇、儿、五官、心理等科的多种疾病的防治中皆有运用,并取得了较好疗效。由于当代许多疾病与社会因素、心理因素等密切相关,这应该是该理论尚未被众多医家重视的一个重要原因。基于其在临床中所发挥的有效作用,应该进一步总结防治经验,加强理论阐释,以期更广泛地推广运用。
Five circuits and six qi is a classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),which studies the changing law of climate phenology,the related law of human diseases and the law of prevention and cure.By looking up the literature on the clinical application of the theory in the past five years,it is found that the theory has been paid attention to by some traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and individual Western medical practitioners,and has been used in the prevention and treatment of various diseases in the departments of internal medicine,surgical,gynecology,pediatrics,five senses,psychological and so on with curative effect.Since many diseases are closely related to social and psychological factors,it should be an important reason that the theory has not been paid attention to by many physicians.Based on its effective work in clinical practice use the theory,we should further summarize the prevention and cure experience,strengthen the theoretical explanation,in order to popularize and use more widely.
