摘要
以某PTA反应器为例,设计分析该反应器在工况1(压力+重力)和工况2(温差应力+压力+重力)耳式支座的受力情况。将两种工况的受力情况进行对比分析,证明温差应力对大型石化立式设备耳式支座计算结果会产生影响。
The paper takes a PTA reactor for example to studies forces acting on the support lug under service condition No.1(pressure+gravity)and No.2(thermal stress+pressure+gravity).The compares of the forces under the two service conditions proves that thermal stress can have effect on the design calculation of support lugs.
