摘要
为研究动态多层不同颜色的LED灯串新产品,设计一种动态多层多彩的LED灯带。通过改善灯带的结构,增加灯带的层数,利用广告灯的背光方法,将LED作为背光源,将新增的层数作为衬底,通过在衬底上加工的方法来实现图案、颜色等各种变化的需求。研发的灯带按IEC60598标准要求,进行耐压、高低温、光衰、防水实验测试,均符合产品设计要求。
In order to study new products of dynamic multi-layer LED light strings with different colors,a dynamic multi-layer and colorful LED light strip was designed.By improving the structure of the light strip,increasing the number of layers of the light strip,using the backlight method of the advertising lamp,using LED as the backlight source,and using the newly added layer as the substrate,the pattern and color were realized by processing on the substrate and other changing needs.According to the requirements of the IEC60598 standard,the developed light strips are tested for pressure resistance,high and low temperature,light decay and waterproof,and all meet the product design requirements.
