摘要
随着短视频行业对优质独创内容竞争日益激烈,流量变现模式日益成熟,原创短视频版权保护问题日益引起关注。文章阐述了原创者在维权过程中所面临的维权成本高、举证困难等问题,并对保险参与短视频版权保护方面的可行性及必要性进行分析,为我国短视频行业发展提供借鉴。
With the increasingly fierce competition for high-quality original content in the short video industry,and the increasingly mature mode of traffic realization,the copyright protection of original short video has attracted more and more attention.This paper expounds the problems that the originators face in the process of safeguarding their rights,such as high cost of safeguarding their rights,difficulties in providing evidence,and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of insurance participating in the protection of short video copyright,so as to provide reference for the development of short video industry in China.
