摘要
利用天然沸石为吸附剂去除重金属离子,对沸石材料宏观与微观特性进行表征,考察其对单一与多种重金属竞争吸附效应,研究其吸附动力学与吸附等温线特性。结果表明:天然沸石可较好吸附溶液中重金属。天然沸石含有片沸石、方石英、石英和高岭石;颗粒呈不规则形状,表面由片状矿物组成,粒径0.189~129.3μm,主要组分为硅酸铝矿物。Zeta电位分析表明,负极表面使其能有效吸附重金属,吸附大小顺序为Pb>Cu/Cd>Zn。较高pH可促进沸石对重金属吸附,快速吸附过程可在50min内完成。准二级动力学方程适合表示天然沸石对重金属吸附过程。Cd吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温线,而Pb、Cu和Zn吸附过程符合Freundlich吸附等温线。竞争吸附体系下,Pb和Cu竞争吸附优势主要体现在较高沸石用量上,吸附优势大小顺序为Pb>Cu>Cd>Zn。
Natural zeolite was used as adsorbent to remove heavy metal ions.Macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of zeolite materials were characterized.Adsorption effect of single heavy metal and multiple heavy metals were investigated,and adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm characteristics were studied.The results show that heavy metals in solution could be successfully adsorbed by natural zeolite.The natural zeolite contains heulandite,cristobalite,quartz and kaolinite,and particles appear irregular shape with particle sizes of 0.189-129.3μm,and their surfaces consist of some flake-like minerals,which main components are alumina-silicate minerals.The Zeta potential analysis shows that negative surface makes natural zeolite could efficiently adsorb heavy metals in solutions and sequence of adsorption ability is Pb>Cu>Cd>Zn.Higher solution pH value can promote adsorption process of heavy metals.The fast adsorption process of heavy metals on natural zeolite could complete within 50 min.The quasi-second-order kinetics is more suitable for fitting adsorption process of heavy metals on natural zeolites.Adsorption process of Cd is suitable to Langmuir adsorption isotherm and adsorption process of Pb,Cu and Zn is suitable to Freundlich adsorption isotherm.Under competitive adsorption system,competitive adsorption advantages of Pb and Cu are mainly reflected in higher natural zeolite dosage and the order of adsorption advantage is Pb>Cu>Cd>Zn.
