摘要
分别采用碳酸钠、磷酸钠和氟化钠为沉淀剂对废旧锂离子电池含锂浸出液进行锂回收的研究。考察了不同沉淀剂加入量、反应温度、反应时间和pH对锂沉淀率的影响规律。结果表明:以碳酸钠和磷酸钠为沉淀剂时,影响锂沉淀率的主要因素是沉淀剂加入量和反应温度,而反应时间和pH对锂沉淀率影响非常小;碳酸钠和磷酸钠沉淀最优化工艺条件下锂的沉淀率分别为70.11%和98.7%。以氟化钠为沉淀剂时,氟化钠加入量是主要影响因素,pH对锂沉淀率的影响较小,而反应温度和反应时间对锂沉淀率几乎没有影响;氟化钠沉淀最优化工艺条件下锂的沉淀率为79.3%。磷酸钠沉锂效果最佳,氟化钠次之,碳酸钠最差。
Lithium recovery from lithium-bearing lixivium of spent lithium ion batteries applying sodium carbonate,sodium phosphate and sodium fluoride as precipitants was investigated.Effects of precipitants dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time and pH value on lithium precipitation rate were explored.The results show that main factors controlling lithium precipitation rate are precipitant dosage and temperature,while reaction time and pH value have little influence with sodium carbonate and sodium phosphate as precipitants.Under the optimum conditions of sodium carbonate precipitation and sodium phosphate precipitation,lithium precipitation rate is 70.11%and 98.7%respectively.Dosage of precipitant is main factor and pH value has some effect on lithium precipitation rate,while reaction temperature and reaction time have little effect on lithium precipitation rate with sodium fluoride as precipitant.Lithium precipitation efficiency is 79.3%under the optimum conditions of sodium fluoride precipitation.
