摘要
延胡索作为传统中药,在临床治疗中发挥重要作用。炮制是延胡索从采收到临床应用不可缺少的一步,也是影响药物疗效的重要因素。该文从炮制对延胡索化学成分、药理学、药动学、毒性方面的影响以及炮制工艺研究加以概述,为延胡索的质量控制以及临床治疗提供依据。
As a traditional Chinese medicine,Corydalis yanhusuo plays an important role in clinical treatment. Processing is an indispensable step for Corydalis yanhusuo from harvesting to clinical application,and is also an important factor affecting the efficacy of drugs. In this paper,the effects of processing on chemical constituents,pharmacology,pharmacokinetics,toxicity of Corydalis yanhusuo and the research progress of processing technology were summarized,which provided the basis for quality control and clinical treatment of Corydalis yanhusuo.
