摘要
目的分析中医温补脾肾法与健脾益肾汤对慢性肾小球肾炎患者血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)及血清肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)指标的影响。方法将2016年9月—2019年9月因慢性肾小球肾炎于我院进行治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组采用中医温补脾肾法与健脾益肾汤治疗。对比两组疗效、实验室相关指标数据及用药后不良反应发生情况的差异。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BUN及SCr、24 h尿蛋白表达水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医温补脾肾法与健脾益肾汤在慢性肾小球肾炎患者临床治疗中的应用效果较好,在明显改善患者临床症状、提高治疗效果的同时降低了不良反应发生率,对患者肾功能状态的改善具有重要价值,可考虑临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effects of TCM warming and tonifying spleen and kidney method and Jianpi Yishen Decoction on blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 80 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine warming and invigorating spleen and kidney method and Jianpi Yishen Decoction. The difference of curative effect,laboratory data and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the expression levels of BUN,SCr and 24-hour urinary protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM warming and invigorating spleen and kidney method and Jianpi Yishen Decoction have better effect in clinical treatment of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. They can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. They have important value in improving the renal function of patients. They can be considered for clinical application.
