摘要
目的观察应用刺络放血联合水调散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取患者85例,按照患者意愿分为观察组42例和对照组43例。对照组采用西医常规用药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以刺络放血及水调散外敷治疗。结果两组患者在治疗第1天、第3天、第7天视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分比较中,观察组VAS评分均优于对照组,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;两组患者治疗后的C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation Rate,ESR)及尿酸(uric acid,UA)指标均低于对照组,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;治疗结束后观察组总有效率95.2%高于对照组的83.7%,经秩和检验(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义;观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,经χ^2检验(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论应用刺络放血联合院内制剂水调散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效显著。
Objective The clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute gouty arthritis was observed by the use of blood-letting puncture therapy combined with external application of Shuitiao San(the drug in the hospital). Methods Eighty-five patients were selected and divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to the patients’ wishes. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with blood-letting puncture combined with Shuitiao San external application on the basis of the control group. Results In the two groups of patients on the first day,the third day,the seventh day of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the CRP,ESR and UA indexes of the two groups were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.2%,which was higher than 83.7% of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant after the rank sum test(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,By chi-square test(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of external application of blood-letting puncture combined with Shuitiao San(in-house preparation)for acute gouty arthritis is significant.
