摘要
目的探究紫外线联合针灸疗法治疗周围性面瘫的有效性及安全性。方法将符合标准的68例周围性面瘫的患者采用随机数字表法按照1∶1比例随机分为两组,分别为观察组与对照组,每组34例患者。两组均采用常规的针灸治疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上联合紫外线治疗,疗程为3周。评价指标包括面部残疾指数、House-Brackmann面神经功能分级、症状体征量化评分及安全性评价。结果治疗3周后,统计结果显示在House-Brackmann面神经功能分级评价量表中,观察组疗效指数(94.12%)显著优于对照组(82.35%);观察组与对照组治疗后的面部残疾指数、症状体征量化评分方面与治疗前相比均有改善(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在安全性评价方面均未出现明显的不良反应。结论紫外线联合针灸疗法治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of ultraviolet combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 68 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1 ∶ 1 by using the random number table. They were the observation group and the control group,with 34 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional acupuncture and moxibustion. The observation group was treated with ultraviolet light on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 3 weeks. The evaluation indexes include facial disability index,house brackmann facial nerve function grade,symptom and sign quantitative score and safety evaluation. Results After three weeks of treatment,the statistical results showed that the therapeutic effect index of the observation group(94.12%)was significantly better than that of the control group(82.35%);the facial disability index and the quantitative score of symptoms and signs of the observation group and the control group were improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant adverse reaction in safety evaluation. Conclusion Ultraviolet combined with acupuncture is effective and safe in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
