摘要
"热毒"系"毒邪"范畴,是中医病因观的重要组分。近年来热毒理论已成中医领域研究的热点。该文立足"热毒",参阅相关文献,综述研究现状。梳理"心""热"关系脉络,为从"热毒"认识心病提供依据。探寻"毒"之本质,有助于帮助我们更好地认识"热毒"及其产生。古今文献表明,热毒是心病发生的重要环节。探讨热毒理论与心系疾病的相关性,概述其辨治应用规律,拟为中医从"热毒"辨治心系疾病开拓思路。
"Hot toxin"is a category of"poisonous evil"and is an important component of TCM etiology. In recent years,the theory of heat toxicity has become a hot topic in the field of Chinese medicine. This article is based on"hot toxin",refer to relevant literature,and summarize the research status. Combing the"heart"and"hot"relationship,and provide a basis for understanding the heart disease from"hot poison". Exploring the nature of"toxin"helps us to better understand"hot toxin"and its production. Ancient and modern literature shows that heat toxicity is an important part of cardiac diseases. To explore the correlation between heat toxicity theory and cardiac diseases,and to summarize its application rules of differentiation and treatment. It is intended to develop ideas for Chinese medicine to distinguish and treat cardiac diseases from"hot toxin".
