醒脑静联合α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者疗效及糖代谢、血清簇集蛋白、TXB-2、6-keto-PGF1α的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Xingnaojing Combined with α-lipoic Acid on the Efficacy and Glucose Metabolism,Serum Clustering Protein,TXB-2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探究醒脑静联合α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果,及对患者糖代谢、血清簇集蛋白、血栓素B2(thromboxane B2,TXB-2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-prostaglandin F1α,6-Keto-PGF1α)的影响。方法选取本院2016年1月—2018年4月收治的2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者140例,随机分为常规组70例和研究组70例。常规组采用常规降糖、降压等对症治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用醒脑静注射液联合α-硫辛酸治疗,疗程为14 d,比较两组患者治疗效果,治疗前后糖代谢情况,血清簇集蛋白、TXB-2、6-Keto-PGF1α水平,美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分及日常生活能力量表(Ability of daily life,ADL)评分。结果治疗后研究组治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分显著降低且研究组显著低于常规组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者ADL评分均显著提高,且研究组显著高于常规组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。治疗后两组患者空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h postprandial blood glucose,2hPBG)和糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbAlc)水平均显著降低,且研究组显著低于常规组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。治疗后两组患者血清簇集蛋白、TXB-2水平均显著降低,且研究组显著低于常规组(P<0.05),治疗后6-Keto-PGF1α水平显著提高,且研究组显著高于常规组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论醒脑静联合α-硫辛酸能显著降低2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者血糖水平,同时降低血清簇集蛋白、TXB-2水平,提高6-Keto-PGF1α水平和治疗效果,改善预后生活能力,值得推广。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing combined with α-lipoic acid on patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction,and the effects of glucose metabolism,serum clustering protein,TXB-2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α. Methods A total of 140 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into routine group(n=70)and study group(n=70). The conventional group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatments. The study group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection combined with α-lipoic acid on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 14 days. The therapeutic effects of the two groups,glucose metabolism,serum clustering protein,TXB-2,6-Keto-PGF1α level,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and Daily Living Ability Scale(ADL)score before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. The NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment and the study group was significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05). The ADL scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The levels of FPG,2 h PBG and HbA1c in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. After treatment,serum clustering protein and TXB-2 levels were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05). The level of 6-Keto-PGF1α was significantly increased after treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Xingnaojing combined with α-lipoic acid can significantly reduce blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction,reduce serum cluster protein and TXB-2 levels,increase 6-Keto-PGF1α level and therapeutic effect,and improve prognosis. It is worthy of promotion.
