摘要
高血压病是一种严重危害人类身心健康的心血管疾病。针灸作为一种安全、绿色、无不良反应的治病手段,使得越来越多的医者尝试将针灸运用到高血压的预防和治疗上。主要方法有普通针刺、电针、埋线、艾灸、穴位贴敷等。但针灸治疗高血压仍面临着高质量证据不足、安全性和时效性不明确、手法操作影响等问题。该文主要论述近几年不同针灸方法在治疗高血压方面的研究进展。
Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that seriously harms the health of human beings. As a safe,green,non-toxic and side-effect treatment method,acupuncture and moxibustion has made more and more doctors try to apply acupuncture to the prevention and treatment of hypertension. The main methods are ordinary acupuncture,electroacupuncture,embedding,moxibustion,acupoint application and so on. However,it still faces problems such as insufficient quality evidence,unclear safety and timeliness,and manipulation effects. This paper mainly discusses the research progress of different acupuncture methods in the treatment of hypertension in recent years.
