摘要
肝癌发生是多环节多步骤的复杂过程,大量摄入酒精是引起肝癌的独立因素之一。若在发展为肝癌之前发现癌前病变,采取干预措施,可显著降低肝癌的发病率及病死率,如何防治肝癌前病变进展及恶化比单一治疗肝癌更有价值。酒伤理论是历代医家总结积累下来的宝贵财富,在其指导下对肝癌前病变的防治起到了显著的疗效。该文主要阐述酒伤理论在肝癌前病变中的具体运用。
The occurrence of liver cancer is a complex process with multiple steps and multiple steps. A large amount of alcohol consumption is one of the independent factors that cause liver cancer. If precancerous lesions are found before the development of liver cancer,intervention measures can significantly reduce the morbidity and mortality of liver cancer. How to prevent the progression and deterioration of liver cancerous lesions is more valuable than treating liver cancer alone. The theory of alcohol injury is a valuable wealth accumulated by medical doctors of all ages,and under its guidance,it has played a significant role in the prevention and treatment of liver cancer. This article mainly explains the specific application of alcohol injury theory in precancerous lesions of liver.
