摘要
中风后遗症是在中风发生后常出现的一类神经性疾病,有着广泛的症状表现,中药温胆汤清热化痰为我国治疗中风及其后遗症经典方剂,临床常被用于中风后遗症的治疗,疗效显著,备受历代医家推崇。该文在对近些年有关温胆汤治疗中风后遗症研究的文献进行总结归纳的基础上,从历史源流、临床研究、基础实验研究三个方面探讨温胆汤治疗中风后遗症的科学理论基础和临床优势病种。
Apoplectic sequela is a kind of neurological disorder which is usually occurred after stroke and encompasses a wide profile of symptoms. Wendan Decoction is a traditional Chinese medicine which has clearing away heat and dispersing phlegm effects,it has been widely used in clinical practices in treating stroke and its sequelae and has been proved with notable curative effectiveness. In present study,we summarized literatures of Wendan Decoction in curing apoplectic sequela over the past years,and aimed to explore the scientific theoretical foundation and advantages of Wendan Decoction from aspects of historical development,clinical research and experimental research.
