摘要
目的以五神理论为指导,探讨宁心安神汤治疗入睡困难型不寐病的临床效果。方法将90例不寐病患者随机分为观察组(45例,基础治疗+宁心安神汤)和对照组(45例,基础治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PSG监测结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宁心安神汤治疗入睡困难型不寐病的临床效果显著,可改善患者的睡眠质量,且安全性较高。
Objective Guided by the theory of five spirits,to explore the clinical effect of Ningxin Anshen decoction in the treatment of insomnia with difficulty falling asleep.Methods A total of 90 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases,basic treatment+Ningxin Anshen decoction)and control group(45 cases,basic treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSG monitoring result in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ningxin Anshen decoction in the treatment of insomnia with difficulty falling asleep has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the sleep quality of patients,with high safety.
