摘要 沙砾性假痛风或白垩性假痛风是一种焦磷酸钙盐结晶沉积于关节内纤维软骨或透明软骨及其周围滑膜、韧带、肌腱和关节囊的总称,是临床极少发生的一种罕见病例,尤其在颞下颌。该文就该病的临床特点、分型、影像及发病诱因、鉴别诊断、治疗、预后等进行讨论。
