摘要
本文主要对数据中心各种液体冷却技术的研究和运用现状进行介绍和说明,分别对间接液冷技术和直接液冷技术的冷却原理、发展现状和运用前景进行阐述,为读者提供了广泛而详细的数据中心液冷冷却技术的背景知识。
This paper mainly introduces and explains the research and application status of various liquid cooling technologies in the data center,respectively expounds the cooling principle,development status and application prospect of indirect liquid cooling technology and direct liquid cooling technology,so as to provide readers with extensive and detailed background knowledge of liquid cooling technology in data center.
