摘要
专业课程教学和省级学生职业技能大赛,是高职土建类专业人才培养的有效途径。专业课程教学与省级学生职业技能大赛要求衔接,可以解决专业课程教学与高职土建类专业学生实践脱节问题。然而,两者衔接,会受到高职院校支持力度、师资水平和学生层次等因素的影响和制约。高职院校应在顾及两者衔接影响因素和确定两者衔接原则基础上,从学校、教师、学生以及事后评价等方面,探寻两者衔接的路径,以提升高职土建类专业人才培养质量和水平。
Professional curriculum teaching and provincial students’professional skills competition are effective way of cultivating civil engineering professionals in higher vocational colleges.Their cohesion could solve the problems of disconnection of professional curriculum teaching and practice of civil engineering major students in higher vocational colleges.However,their cohesion may be affected and restricted by school support,teacher and student level.Therefore,the path of their cohesion is explored to improve the quality and level of civil engineering talents training in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of schools,teachers,students and post-evaluation based on influencing factors and principles.
