摘要
为了解决常规PID控制器无法自适应重介质悬浮液密度测控环节参数整定需求的问题,提出了基于模糊控制算法的PID控制模型,并针对当前重介选煤工艺存在的多参数的时变性和非线性等诸多特征的耦合现象,结合专家实操经验,设计了模糊推理控制器,对密控系统的参数自整定过程进行了研究。研究结果表明:模糊PID控制方法能有效减小系统的超调量,提高系统的响应速度,缩短系统的调节时间,增强系统的动态性能,达到了预期要求。
Owing to the fact that the use of conventional PID controller is unable to meet the requirements for adjusting the controlled parameters,a control model based on fuzzy control algorithm is proposed.The fuzzy inference model is designed according to the coupling phenomenon of a multiple of characteristics,including time variability and nonlinearity of multiparameters generally observed in currently used mainstream coal washing process,as well as the practical experience of experts.A study of the self-adjustment process of parameters involved in the heavy medium suspension density control system is also made.As evidenced by study result,the use of the fuzzy PID control method can lead to effective reduction of the quantity of overshoot parameters,increase of response speed,cut of adjusting time and enhancement of dynamic performance of the system.
