摘要 为对某赛车车架的动态特性进行评价,建立了车架的有限元模型,通过仿真模态分析的方法对其动态特性进行了仿真,获得了车架的前6阶振型图。搭建了车架实验模态分析的测试平台,采用实验模态分析方法对仿真的结果进行了验证。对比实验模态和仿真模态分析得到的固有频率,前6阶相对误差均低于10%,两者固有频率吻合度较高且振型也具有较高的一致性。根据仿真模态计算结果和实验模态测量结果,分析了该赛车车架的动态特性,发现该车架在外界激励下均不会发生共振。对比分析结果表明,各阶模态振型在固定频率附近实验模态和仿真模态具有相同的振型,动态特性较好,研究方法和结果对未来赛车车架的设计有一定的指导作用。 In order to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of a race car frame,a finite element model of the frame is established,and the dynamic characteristics of the frame are analyzed by the method of simulation,and the first six vibration patterns of the frame are obtained.The measurement platform of frame experimental modal analysis is built The simulation results are verified by the method of experimental modal analysis.Compared with the experimental modal analysis and the simulation modal analysis,the first six order relative errors are lower than 10%,the inherent frequencies of the two have a higher consistency and the modes have a higher consistency.Based on the results of simulation modal calculation and experimental modal measurement,the dynamic characteristics of the frame are analyzed,and it is found that no resonance occurs in the frame under external excitation.The comparative analysis results show that the experimental and simulation mode have the same vibration modes near the fixed frequencies,and the dynamic characteristics are better.The research methods and results can guide the design of future racing frame.
