摘要
目的探讨糖尿病肾病应用厄贝沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗的临床效果。方法在医院2016年9月至2019年1月诊治的糖尿病肾病患者中选取108例作研究对象,均实行药物治疗,而用药方案不同:将单纯采取厄贝沙坦治疗者设为对照组(n=54),将采取厄贝沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗者设为研究组(n=54),比较两组糖尿病肾病整体治疗效果、炎性因子指标变化。结果研究组整体治疗有效率(96.30%)高于对照组(81.48%)(χ^2=6.000,P=0.014);治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组(t=8.956、15.240,均P=0.000)。结论糖尿病肾病患者适宜应用厄贝沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗,可优化患者整体用药疗效,且抗炎作用更强。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with Shenyankangfu Tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 108 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in hospital from September 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom were treated with medication.The medication regimens were different:those who only took irbesartan as the control group(n=54),those who took irbesartan combined with Shenyankangfu Tablets as the research group(n=54),and the overall therapeutic effect of two groups of diabetic nephropathy was studied.Comparison of the overall treatment effect and changes of inflammatory factors in the two groups of diabetic nephropathy.Results The overall effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.30%)was higher than that in the control group(81.48%)(χ^2=6.000,P=0.014);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(t=8.956,15.240,P=0.000).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with Shenyankangfu Tablets is suitable for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients,which can optimize the overall therapeutic effect of the patients,and has stronger anti-inflammatory effect.
