摘要
奋斗精神是中国精神的重要组成部分,是中华民族最为宝贵的精神财富。青年大学生是新时代的奋斗者、建设者,是伟大事业的传承者。新时代青年大学生奋斗精神内涵包括百折不挠的斗争意志、追求卓越的创新思想、艰苦奋斗的创业品格、服务人民的奉献精神,彰显了历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑的辩证统一。新时代青年大学生奋斗精神价值意蕴体现在国家、社会和个体三个层面,内容要素涵盖了勤奋学习、爱岗敬业和积极生活三个方面。新时代青年大学生奋斗精神培育通过围绕立德树人根本任务、强化课程育人核心作用、激发育人体系内生动力、发挥实践环节育人功能等路径实现。
The enterprise is an important part of the Chinese spirit and the most precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation.College students are the builders of the new era and the inheritors of the great cause of socialism.Its connotation includes the indomitable spirit,the innovative idea,pursuit for excellence,the pioneering spirit,hard work and independence and dedication,which is the dialectical unity of historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.Its value is embodied at the three levels of the state,the society and the individual,which requires the students to study hard,work hard and lead an active life.Its cultivation can be realized by focusing on the basic task of cultivating moral character,strengthening the core education function of curriculum,stimulating the inner motive force of the education system,and fulfilling the instruction function of practical education.
