左侧股骨头大块骨质溶解症1例

One Case of Massive Osteolysis of the Left Femoral Head

摘要 大块骨质溶解症是一种罕见的以骨质进行性溶解、吸收为特征的骨损害疾病。本病病因尚不明确,临床表现亦无特异性,且发病率较低,极易造成误诊、漏诊。本文报告1例左侧股骨头大块骨质溶解症患者,并结合文献探讨本病临床诊疗特点,提高临床医生对本病的认知。1病例资料患者,男,34岁,农民。于2018年3月劳累后出现左髋关节酸困、疼痛症状,劳动则加重,休息后减轻。当地诊所诊断为“风湿病”,给予口服药物1个月余(具体药物及用量不明),效果欠佳。症状逐渐加重,出现左髋部疼痛明显,行动受限,休息无缓解。
