摘要
近年来,我国场外金融衍生品市场发展迅速,但仍面临着诸多监管困境,如监管法律体系不完善、产品运行欠缺规范化以及市场交易的透明度低等。这些问题不仅造成监管不到位、监管效率低,更严重地制约了金融衍生品的发展。所以,论文针对主要的困境,提出了相应的解决措施。首先要建立统一监管体系,其次要推动产品规范运行,最后要完善产品的信息披露制度。总之,希望能为我国场外金融衍生品市场的监管提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years,China's OTC financial derivatives market has developed rapidly,but it still faces many dilemmas of supervision,such as imperfect supervising legal system,lack of standardization of product operation and low transparency of market transactions.These problems not only result in inadequate supervision and low supervision efficiency,but also seriously restrict the development of financial derivatives.Therefore,the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the main dilemmas.First of all,it is necessary to establish a unified supervising system,secondly to promote the standardized operation of products,and finally to improve the information disclosure system of products.In short,the paper hopes to provide reference for the supervision of OTC financial derivatives market in China.
