摘要
通过对涂层厚度、涂覆方法及力学性能测试等试验,制备了力学性能好、施工方便的聚氨酯复合土工膜,解决了复合土工膜防渗施工时不规则形状的铺设、缺陷修复以及复杂地形施工等难题。当聚氨酯防渗涂膜材料用量为1.0 kg/m2时,纵横向断裂强度≥5.0 kN/m,CBR顶破强力≥1.1 kN,撕破强力≥0.15 kN,耐静水压力≥0.4 MPa,起到了很好的防渗作用。
By testing the layer thickness,coating method and mechanical properties,we have finally achieved the Polyurethane Composite Geomembrane with good mechanical properties and convenient construction,so the problems of irregular shape laying,defect repairing and complex terrain construction of composite geomembrane are solved.When the polyurethane impermeable coating material dosage is 1.0 kg/m2,the vertical and horizontal fracture strength is≥5.0 kN/m,the CBR bursting strength is≥1.1 kN,the tearing strength is≥0.15 kN,and the hydrostatic pressure resistance is≥0.4 MPa,achieving good anti-seepage effect.
