撂荒地植被恢复过程中中小型土壤节肢动物群落动态 被引量:3

Variation of Soil Meso-micro Arthropod Communities During Restoration Progress of Vegetation at Abandoned Farmland

摘要 【目的】了解撂荒地自然恢复对中小型土壤节肢动物群落结构和多样性的影响。【方法】于2015年10月至2016年7月在黔南州惠水县选取农田和撂荒地使用改良干漏斗法调查中小型土壤节肢动物群落结构。【结果】共获得9纲16目132科106属5103个中小型土壤节肢动物,优势类群为双节行军蚁属(Aenictus)。农田与撂荒地中小型土壤节肢动物类群数、个体密度及多样性指数无显著差异,季节变化对中小型土壤节肢动物类群数和个体密度的影响达显著水平(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,中小型土壤节肢动物类群数、密度和多样性与pH、有机质、TN、TP、TK、AN、AP、AK、温度和降雨量的相关性不显著。【结论】喀斯特地区撂荒地中小型土壤节肢动物的恢复具有滞后性。不同中小型土壤节肢动物恢复能力有差异,双节行军蚁属由于抗旱能力强,更容易恢复。 【Objective】The aim of this study was to explore the effects of natural restoration on community and diversity of soil meso-micro arthropod in abandoned farmland.【Method】The community of soil meso-micro arthropod was investigated by using improved tullgren method at farmland and abandoned farmland in Huishui County,South Guizhou from October 2015 to July 2016.【Result】A total of 5103 soil arthropod individuals were captured,belonging to 9 classes,16 orders,132 families,and 106 genera,and Aenictus wasthe dominant group.There was no significant difference in group number,density,and diversity of soil meso-micro arthropod between farmland and abandoned farmland,but seasonal variation had a remarkable effect on group number and density of soil meso-micro arthropod.Pearson correlation analysis indicated that group number,density,diversity of soil meso-micro arthropod had no significant correlations with pH,SOM,TN,TP,TK,AN,AP,AK,temperature and precipitation.【Conclusion】The results indicated that recovery speed of soil meso-micro arthropod community is slower than vegetation in abandoned farmland,and Aenictus would recover more easily because it has higher drought resistance capability.
