摘要
目的:探讨浅表切除联合光动力疗法治疗面部鳞状细胞癌的临床效果与安全性。方法:本研究回顾性分析2015年1月-2018年1月笔者科室接受治疗的面部鳞状细胞癌患者40例病例资料,根据患者接受治疗方式的不同分为研究组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),分别接受浅表切除联合光动力疗法和单纯浅表切除治疗。比较了两组患者的整体切除率、完全切除率和治愈性切除率,手术相关的并发症发生率以及累积复发率等。结果:治疗前,两组患者的年龄、性别、既往史、体重指数、肿瘤特征(数目、位置、形状、最大直径、周长以及深度)均无明显差异(均P>0.05)。两组患者的整体切除率(93.5%vs93.8%,P=1.000)、完全切除率(69.6%vs 76.2%,P=0.433)以及治愈性切除率(54.3%vs 60.0%,P=0.602)均无明显差异。治疗组的累积复发率明显低于对照组(0.0%vs5.1%,P=0.007)。结论:浅表切除联合光动力疗法对于面部鳞状细胞癌的临床效果好,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective This study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of superficial resection combined with photodynamic therapy for facial squamous cell carcinoma.Methods This study retrospectively analyzed 40 patients with facial squamous cell carcinoma who received treatment in our department of dermatology from January 2015 to January 2018.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into study group(n=20)and control group(n=20),who received superficial resection combined with photodynamic therapy and simple superficial resection respectively.The overall resection rate,complete resection rate and curative resection rate,the incidence of surgically related complications,and the cumulative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in age,sex,past history,body mass index,tumor characteristics(number,location,shape,maximum diameter,circumference and depth)between the two groups(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall resection rate(93.5%vs.93.8%,P=1.000),complete resection rate(69.6%vs.76.2%,P=0.433),or curative resection rate(54.3%vs.60.0%,P=0.602).The cumulative recurrence rate was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(0.0%vs.5.1%,P=0.007).Conclusion Superficial excision combined with photodynamic therapy for facial squamous cell carcinoma has a good clinical effect and high safety.
