神经导管支架设计和制备在周围神经再生的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 周围神经损伤(peripheral nerve injury,PNI)是由创伤、医源性损伤或先天性缺陷引起的严重医学问题,可导致感觉和运动功能的完全或部分丧失[1-3]。目前自体神经移植被视为周围神经修复的金标准[4]。然而,有限的供应,供体部位的损伤,大小和几何不匹配和额外的外科手术限制了其临床的应用[5]。此外,令人失望的是,这种方法的效果好坏参半,大多数患者在手术后只能部分恢复功能[6]。因此,寻找一种精准、高效地诱导周围神经再生的组织工程支架,来替代自体神经移植物具有重要的临床意义。
