摘要
本文综述了脂质体、传递体、醇质体、非离子表面活性剂囊泡4种囊泡载体的组成、特征以及其制剂在经皮给药系统中治疗几种皮肤病的应用,为今后的研究提供思路。
This paper reviewed the composition,characteristics of liposome,transfersomes,ethosomes and niosomes,and their applications in the treatment of several skin diseases in transdermal drug delivery system,providing suggestions for future research.
