摘要
本文结合价值工程理论和PPP项目工程各自的特点和优势,提出将价值工程应用于PPP项目造价管理中,以提高工程项目价值,节约资源成本,更好地进行PPP项目实施。
Based on the theory of value engineering and the respective characteristics and advantages of PPP project,this paper puts forward the application of value engineering in PPP project cost management,in order to improve the project value,save resource cost and better implement PPP project.
