摘要
综述了纯碱的性能、国内外发展现状及其在各方面的应用,介绍了纯碱的主要生产方法,展望了纯碱的发展前景。提出我国纯碱行业要淘汰落后产能,选择减少污染和排放的技术,使废弃物由污染向资源转变,形成以大型企业为主的格局;要控制产能增长,建设完善的售后服务体系;要实现产学研的有机结合,以推动纯碱工业水平的提升。
The properties, development status at home and abroad and its application in various fields of soda ash were reviewed. The main production methods of soda ash were introduced, and its development prospects were looked forward to.It is proposed that to eliminate the backward production capacity in China’s soda ash industry, select the technologies to reduce pollution and emissions needs to be chosen, and the waste needs to be converted from pollution to resources, to form a pattern dominated by large-scale enterprises;the production capacity growth needs to be controlled, a perfect after-sales service system;the organic integration of production, learning and research needs to be realized, so as to promote the level of soda ash industry.
