摘要
高职教育是为了培养高素质高级技能型专门人才。根据分析石化行业对高技能人才的需求情况,以化工装备技术专业为例,基于企业岗位工作要求和行业标准,通过校企合作,重构课程体系;采用基于工作任务的理实一体化创新教学模式,实行知行合一的培养方式,提高学生学习兴趣,促进学生专业知识、技能、职业素养全面发展,提高教学质量和学生的就业质量,为地方石油化工行业输送高素质的技能型人才。
Higher vocational education aims at training high-quality and high-level skilled professionals.According to the analysis of the demand for highly skilled talents in petrochemical industry,taking the chemical equipment technology major as an example,based on the job requirements and industry standards of the enterprise,through the cooperation between the school and the enterprise,the curriculum system was reconstructed.The innovative teaching mode based on the integration of theory and practice and the training mode of the integration of practice were adopted to improve students interest in learning and promote students professional knowledge and technology ability and professional quality was developed in an all-round way,teaching quality and employment quality of students were improved,and high-quality skilled talents were provided for local petrochemical industry.
