摘要
利用黑龙江省68个国家气象观测站1981—2018年6—8月份的定时观测资料和日值资料,包括气温、相对湿度、风速、降水以及雷暴等要素数据,应用中国气象服务协会发布的《避暑旅游城市评价指标》计算模型,从气候舒适度和气候风险两个方面分析黑龙江省夏季的避暑旅游气候资源及夏季、6—8月份逐月的旅游气候适宜度。结果表明:黑龙江省中南部地区更适宜夏季避暑旅游;而7、8月份是黑龙江省避暑旅游最适合的月份,南部地区气候适宜度更高;6—8月份气候适宜度有一个逐渐增强的过程,北部地区气候适宜时间持续较短,而南部地区气候适宜时间持续更长。黑龙江省夏季气候风险最大的时间是6、7月份,夏季影响较大的气象灾害更多的是暴雨、大风、雷暴。
With the timely observed data and daily recorded data of 68 national meteorological observation stations in Heilongjiang Province from June to August, 1981 to 2018, including the data of temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, precipitation, thunderstorm and other factors, using the calculation model of summer tourism city evaluation index issued by China Meteorological Service Association, we analyzed the climate resources of summer tourism in Heilongjiang Province and the climate suitability of summer tourism from June to August from two aspects including climate comfort and climate risk. Three insights are apparently approved from the analysis. Firstly, the southern central region of Heilongjiang Province is more suitable for summer tourism. Secondly, July and August are the most suitable months for summer tourism in Heilongjiang Province. The climate suitability in the south region is more comfortable. Thirdly, there is a gradually increasing process of the climate suitability from June to August. The climate suitability in the northern region lasts for a shorter time, while the climate suitability in the south region lasts for a longer time. In summary, the highest risk time of summer climate in Heilongjiang Province is June and July and the meteorological disasters that have greatest influence in summer are rainstorm, gale and thunderstorm.
