基于微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术加固滨海软土的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为有效利用微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(MICP)技术加固滨海软土,以养护时间、营养液浓度、菌液浓度为影响因素,以抗剪强度、含水率和干密度为指标,进行MICP技术加固软土性能的实验研究.结果表明:MICP技术适用于处理滨海软土,可以显著提升软土的物理性质、提高软土强度.仅作用三天,可提高抗剪强度超过两倍,合理的养护天数、营养液浓度、菌液浓度等组合因素对加固性能也有直接影响.相关机理性的研究结果为滨海软土地基处理提供了一个全新的技术手段. In order to investigate efficiency of microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation(MICP)technology on coastal soft soil strength improvement,an experimental study was conducted.The influence of curing time,nutrient solution concentration and bacterial solution concentration on shear strength,moisture content and dry density was investigated.The results show that MICP technology is suitable for the treatment of coastal soft soil,which can significantly improve the physical properties and strength of soft soil.After three days of application of MICP,the shear strength is found to increase more than twice.Factors such as curing days,nutrient solution concentration and bacterial solution concentration also have a direct impact on the reinforcement performance.The research results indicate a new technical means for the treatment of coastal soft soil foundation.
