摘要
在阐述爆炸喷涂设备的基本原理、工作过程、结构的基础上,介绍了爆炸喷涂的特点及影响涂层质量的主要因素。对近年来爆炸喷涂材料及其运用进行了列举。最后从工艺研究、设备研制、自动化实现等方面阐述了爆炸喷涂的发展方向。
On the basis of introducting structure, working process and basic principle of detonation spaying equipment,the characteristics of the detonation spraying as well as the factors which influence the coating qualities were introduced in detail. The detonation spraying materials and its applications were enumerated. Finally, the development trend of detonnation spraying were discussed from the aspect of process study, equipment development and automation realization.
