摘要
三维规划设计管理辅助系统是基于西宁市三维城市共享平台(政务版)开发的,建立了集影像与矢量、二维与三维、地上与地下、现状与规划于一体的空间数据库,利用二维数据、三维数据的联动关系对象,实现规划审批、模拟拆迁、方案优选一体化的辅助系统。系统采用B/S架构,利用WebGIS技术发布空间信息,满足众多用户对空间信息的访问需求。
The three-dimensional planning and design management assistant system is based on the development of Xining three-dimensional city sharing platform(government affair edition)with a spatial database,which integrates image and vector,two-dimensional and three-dimensional,above-ground and underground,present situation and planning data.By using the spatial correlation of the two and three dimensional data to establish an assistant system with the functions of planning approval,simulating demolition and relocation,and scheme optimization.The system adopts B/S architecture,and uses WebGIS technology to publish spatial information to meet the needs of many users to access spatial information.
