摘要
为规模化灵活控制分布式可再生能源与可控负荷参与市场交易和优化调度,本文提出一种虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)参与的交直流混合微网(AC/DC hybrid microgrid,AC/DCHM)双层多目标鲁棒优化模型。该模型利用VPP技术平抑发、用电功率的不确定性,采用鲁棒理论构建灵活调整边界的不确定合集,针对模型特点利用多目标飞蛾扑火算法进行求解。算例验证及分析表明:该模型能弥补传统鲁棒优化过于保守的不足,一定程度上可应对微电网荷源可预测性差、可调度资源和手段不足等缺陷;均衡各层收益主体,引入VPP可提高微网利润7.3%;在保证稳定运行的前提下,合理选择荷、源不确定变量的置信概率可提高微网利润22.8%,可有效实现电力经济的可持续性发展。
In order to control the distributed renewable energy(DRE)and controllable load flexibly to participate in market transactions and optimal dispatch,an optimal dispatching model for AC/DC hybrid microgrid(AC/DCHM)with virtual power plants(VPP)based on bi-level multi-objective robustness is proposed.The VPP technology is used to suppress the uncertainty of power generation and consumption,and the robust theory is used to construct the uncertain aggregate which can adjust the boundary flexibly.According to the characteristics of the model,multi-objective moth-flame optimization(MOMFO)is used.The results show that the model can make up for the lack of traditional robust optimization that is too conservative,and deal with the defects of microgrid load,poor source predictability,and insufficient dispatchable resources and means.It will balance the income entities of each level,the profit of microgrid can be increased by 7.3%with VPP.On the premise of ensuring the stable operation,the confidence probability of the uncertain variables of load and source can be reasonably selected,and the profit can be increased by 22.8%.Therefore,the sustainable development of electric power economy can be effectively realized.
