摘要
介绍了多级先导式稳压阀的结构特点、工作原理及其调节阀门流量或压力的动作方式。论述了先导式稳压阀的试验装置、检测程序及试验结果。给出了多级先导式稳压阀采用模块化结构设计,实现集多项功能为一体的阀门远程的遥控操作,拓展其使用功能的改进和研制过程。
This paper introduces the structure characteristics,and working principle of the multi-stage pilot pressure regulating valve,and the operation motheds of regulating valve flow or pressure.The test devices,test procedure and test result of the pilot valve are discussed.The modular structure design of the multi-stage pilot pressure regulating valve is presented and realizes the remote control operation of the valve by integrating multiple functions,and the process of improvement and development of its function is extended.
