摘要
介绍了蝶阀在管路系统及风洞试验中截断和调节流量等方面的应用,阐述了对蝶阀配管系数和力矩计算的实用意义。首先,利用连续性方程,推导出三偏心蝶阀开度与流量比的系数公式,确定了配管系数CP最大值;其次,利用椭圆微分方程和数值计算方法,推导出三偏心蝶阀密封面摩擦力矩的计算公式,确定了结构系数,为蝶阀驱动力矩的计算过程和系数的推算及在蝶阀配管系数和驱动力矩的选取等方面提供了理论依据和数据来源。
The butterfly valve plays a role in cutting and regulating the flow ratein the pipeline system,and is widely used in wind tunnel testing.It is of great significance for the calculation of the butterfly valve piping coefficient and torque.In this paper,we first use the continuity equation to derive the coefficient formula of the opening and flow ratio of the three eccentric butterfly valve,and determine the maximum value of the pipe coefficient CP.Secondly,using the elliptic differential equation and the numerical calculation method,the friction torque of the sealing surface of the triple eccentric butterfly valve is derived.Calculate the formula and determine the structural coefficient.The calculation of the above formula and coefficient provides a detailed theoretical basis and data source for the butterfly valve piping coefficient and driving torque selection.
