摘要
目的分析“治未病”理论在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年3月至2019年9月收治的168例高血压患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组84例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上推行“治未病”理论。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均低于对照组,护理总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“治未病”理论应用于高血压患者护理中,可提升患者知识储备,有效控制病情和不良事件发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of"preventive treatment of disease"theory in the nursing of patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 168 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 84 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was carried out"preventive treatment of disease"theory on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,total compliance rate of nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"preventive treatment of disease"theory in the nursing of patients with hypertension can improve the knowledge reserve of patients,effectively control the disease and incidence of adverse events.
