摘要
结合国际照明委员会(CIE)“关于蓝光危害的立场声明”和国内外LED照明相关规范标准,从照明设计角度出发,探讨蓝光危害的正确认知、蓝光危害等级的划分、影响蓝光危害的因素,提出在工程照明设计中对于教育建筑、图书馆建筑、办公建筑等需要长期工作或停留场所,特别是中小学校、幼儿园等对蓝光危害敏感人群学习、生活场所应通过灯具合理选型、控制光源色温等措施规避蓝光危害。
According to“Position Statement on the Blue Light Hazard”of International Commission on Illumination(CIE)and related domestic and foreign LED lighting standards,the correct recognition of blue light hazards,the classification of blue light hazards and the factors affecting blue light hazards from the perspective of lighting design are discussed to propose that in engineering lighting design,measures including reasonable selection of lamps and controlling the color temperature of light sources should be taken to avoid the harm of blue light in the places that need to work or stay for a long time,such as education buildings,library buildings and office buildings,especially the learning and living places in primary and secondary schools,kindergartens and other places which are sensitive to the harm of blue light.
