摘要
目的探讨耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的耐药性,并对MRSA进行SCC mec分型.方法收集50株MRSA菌株,应用PCR技术扩增mec A基因确证MRSA,并对50株MRSA进行分型,使用纸片扩散法(K-B法)和肉汤稀释法(MIC法)进行耐药性分析.结果mec A基因检出率为96%;SCC mecⅢ型4株,SCC mecⅣ型3株,其余43株为未分型;50株MRSA对苯唑西林和β-内酰胺类药物完全耐药,对大环内酯类药物及克林霉素耐药性高于80%,所有菌株均对万古霉素、达托霉素和利奈唑胺敏感.结论MRSA尚未出现严重的多重耐药现象,此结果可为临床用药提供参考.
Objective To analyze the drug resistance of MRSA and SCC mec typing of MRSA.Method 50 MRSA strains were collected.Mec A gene was amplified by PCR and MRSA,was confirmed by MRSA.50 MRSA strains were typed by PCR technique.The drug resistance was analyzed by disk diffusion method and broth dilution method.Results The detection rate of mec A gene was 96%,SCC mec typeⅢ4 stains,SCC mec type IV 3 strains,other 43 strains were untyped.50 strains of MRSA were completely resistant to oxacillin andβ-lactams.The sensitivity to doxycycline,teicoplanin,rifampicin,sulfamethoxacin,chloramphenicol,levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin was higher than 80%,and the drug resistance to macrolides and clindamycin was higher.Up to more than 80%,no strains resistant to vancomycin,daltomycin and linazolamine were found.Conclusion There is no serious phenomenon of multiple drug resistance in MRSA,which results can provide references for clinic treatment.
