摘要
为响应“一带一路”倡议,近几年,北京信息职业技术学院留学生招生工作重点放在了“一带一路”沿线国家,该研究以北京信息职业技术学院未成年来华留学生为研究对象,在跨越不同区域、不同文化、不同宗教信仰的情况下,以跨文化适应的角度来分析其来华学习后因环境、人际交往、教学与管理模式的差异所存在的问题,并从学校管理理念、管理体制创新和在华监护人的管理等方面提出相应管理对策。
In response to“the Belt and Road”initiative,Beijing Information Technology College mainly focused on the enrollment of international students from Belt and Road countries in recent years.The study takes the underage international students from Beijing Information Technology College as its research object.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the environment,interpersonal communication,teaching and management models after studying in China from the perspective of cross-cultural adaptation under different regions,different cultures,and different religious beliefs.It also puts forward corresponding management countermeasures from aspects of school management,management system innovation and management of guardians etc.
