基于高光谱遥感的荒漠草原鼠洞识别方法研究 被引量:7

Study on the Identification Method of Rat Holes in Desert Grasslands Based on Hyperspectral Images

摘要 鼠害是造成草原退化、载畜量下降和牲畜流行病的主要根源之一。无植被覆盖的鼠洞亦是加剧草原退化进程中极为重要的因素。我国草原鼠害监测标准与危害分级均以草原鼠洞洞口数为主要依据,然而多年来鼠洞洞口数的获取一直使用着人工调查方法,难以满足大面积草原鼠害监测要求。本文使用高光谱遥感技术通过采集自然光下草原鼠洞的高光谱数据,首次提出了基于高光谱荒漠草原的微斑块指数阈值法(Micro-Plaque Index Threshold,MPI-T)进行草原鼠洞识别。研究结果表明,采用MPI-T法可使草原鼠洞的总体分类精度达到92.7%,kappa系数达到0.855,满足草原鼠洞的高光谱识别要求,克服了草原鼠洞识别精度低的难题。本研究提出的MPI-T法为利用遥感技术进行草原鼠洞的识别及草原鼠害的等级评价提供了新方法。 Rat damage is one of the main causes for grassland degradation,decline in grazing capacity,and livestock epidemics.Rat holes without vegetation cover are also extremely important factors in acceleration of grassland degradation.The Chinese standard for monitoring of rat damage in grassland and hazard rating are based on the number of rat holes in grassland.However,manual survey methods have been used to obtain the number of rat holes in grassland for many years and it is difficult to meet the requirements for monitoring of large-scale rat damage in grassland.For the first time,this paper put forward a Micro-Plaque Index Threshold(MPI-T)method based on hyperspectral desert steppe for identification of rat holes in grassland by means of hyperspectral remote sensing technology through collection of hyperspectral data of rat holes in grassland under natural light.The study results show that using the MPI-T method,the overall classification accuracy of rat holes in grassland reached 92.7%,kappa coefficient was up to 0.855,the hyperspectral identification requirements of rat holes in grassland were satisfied and the problem with low identification accuracy of rat holes in grassland was better overcome.The MPI-T method proposed in this study provides a new method for the identification of rat holes in grassland and the rating evaluation of grassland rat damage.
