摘要
目的 统计分析白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术及房角分离术在治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果.方法 观察组29例(男14例,女15例)急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者,进行白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗;对照组30例(男15例,女15例),进行白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗,通过比较手术前后眼压、视力、前房深度及房角宽度变化,探讨两种手术方法的有效性和安全性.结果 与对照组相比,观察组手术后眼压明显降低、视力有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组术后前房深度变化幅度更明显,房角完全开放率更大(P<0.05).结论 白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障时,具有视力恢复快、眼压降低明显、并发症少的优点.
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of phacomulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis on acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods In the observation group,29 patients(14 males and 15 females)with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis.In the control group,30 patients(15 males and 15 females)were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy.The effectiveness of the method was investigated by comparing the changes of intraocular pressure,visual acuity,the depth and extent of central anterior chamber and the opening of the corner before and after operation.Results After operation,Compared with the control group,the intraocular pressure was significantly decreased and the visual acuity was significantly improved(P<0.05)in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the range of anterior chamber depth after surgery was more obvious in the observation group,and the rate of complete opening of the corner was greater(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis on acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract has the advantages of rapid visual recovery,obvious reduction of intraocular pressure and less complications,which can be popularized and applied.
