摘要
目的 探究卡贝缩宫素联合一次性宫腔压迫球囊治疗产后出血的临床疗效.方法 选取2017年5月~2019年6月间收治的200例产后出血产妇作为观察对象,以随机数表将患者随机分入到对照组和观察组,各100例.对照组采用纱布填塞联合缩宫素+卡贝缩宫素治疗,观察组采用一次性宫腔压迫球囊联合缩宫素+卡贝缩宫素治疗.观察对比两组患者的止血效果及产妇结局.结果 观察组的操作时间、止血时间短于对照组,24h血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术中出血、术后2 h出血以及术后24 h出血量均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组止血率高于对照组,转子宫动脉结扎或子宫切除低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 一次性宫腔压迫球囊联合卡贝缩宫素+缩宫素治疗产后出血,止血效果好,有效降低产妇的出血量,促进产妇结局的改善,临床应用价值高.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of carbetocin combined with one-off intrauterine compression balloon in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 200 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in May 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gauze packing combined with oxytocin+carbetocin,and the observation group was treated with one-off intrauterine compression balloon combined with oxytocin+carbetocin.The hemostasis effect and maternal outcome of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The operation time and hemostasis time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the level of hemoglobin in 24 hours was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the uterine artery ligation or hysterectomy was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with one-off intrauterine compression balloon combined with carbetocin+oxytocin has good hemostatic effect,effectively reduces the amount of maternal bleeding,promotes the improvement of maternal outcome,has high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
