摘要
锁频环(frequency-locked loop,FLL)作为一种常用电网同步方法,是分布式电源接口变流器并网控制重要环节。当前FLL一般实施于静止坐标系下,由于静止坐标系下电量为交流量,小信号模型难以建立,因而阻碍了FLL的发展。该文提出一种基于同步坐标系的锁频环技术(synchronous reference frame FLL,SRF-FLL),基于所提出的SRF-FLL,建立FLL误差动态系统,并给出全局稳定的李雅普诺夫证明。同时,基于小信号方法,分析SRF-FLL的动态特性,给出描述FLL误差传递过程的传递函数,并推导SRF-FLL相角变化、频率变化以及幅值变化的小信号线性传递函数,从而给出更为准确的FLL参数设计准则。最后,采用MATLAB/Simulink仿真及实验验证了所提SRF-FLL的有效性以及线性模型的正确性。
As a technique of gird synchronization, the frequency-locked loop(FLL) is important for the control of the grid-connected inverter. Compared to the phase-locked loop(PLL), the FLL is not well developed due to its implementation reference frame which is the stationary reference frame, since it is hard to establish the small-signal model for the AC signal. Based on that, this paper proposed a synchronous reference frame FLL(SRF-FLL), so that the error dynamic system of the FLL can be established easily, then a Lyapunov function was designed for the stability evaluation. In addition, the small-signal transfer functions of the FLL were also developed for the parameter design. At last, the MATLAB/Simulink simulation and experiment were performed to verify the proposed SRF-FLL.
