摘要
The outbreak of COVID-19 has affected the world greatly.While much remains unknown,the severity of the illness is quite alarm-ing.The disease outbreak is still ongoing with a rapidly growing number of patients.
2019年末,新型冠状病毒肺炎在全球开始蔓延,严重威胁孕产妇和新生儿生命安全,但目前对这类特殊人群的临床报道和研究还比较少.本文回顾性研究分析了武汉地区2020年1月21日~2月9日收治的五位新冠肺炎孕妇及其新生儿的临床表现和CT、血常规、病毒核酸等检查结果.结果显示,与普通新冠肺炎患者临床表现类似,患者均出现了发热、咳嗽、肺部CT磨玻璃状等新冠肺炎典型特征.在发病初期,患者均出现了淋巴细胞与嗜酸性粒细胞计数显著降低这一现象.五位患者均在住院期间通过顺产或剖腹产安全分娩,且新生儿在出生后10~33 d,核酸检测结果均为阴性.根据患者及其新生儿的临床表现与核酸检验结果,在这五例病例中未观察到新冠病毒的母婴垂直传播.此外,淋巴细胞减少、嗜酸性粒细胞减少,以及C反应蛋白升高这三项临床检验指标的变化特征,有可能帮助新冠肺炎孕产妇的早期诊断与筛查.
